A, Defendant B, and Defendant D are punished by a fine of KRW 500,000, Defendant C is punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,00, and Defendant E.
Punishment of the crime
Although no one is allowed to provide a car, other than a commercial automobile, for transport with compensation, the Defendants used a mobile phone to arrange the so-called "car pool" that gets on and off from work with the passenger car, to provide a private car for transport regardless of his/her commuting to and from work, by using the "F".
1. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transported passengers requesting transportation through the above “F” display system using GI, a private car on March 21, 2017, (b) from “J Burial” to “K market in Seoul Special Metropolitan City,” and (c) received the payment of KRW 11,166 in return.
From that time until April 4, 2017, the Defendant provided a motor vehicle other than a commercial motor vehicle for transportation at least five times in total, as shown in Appendix V, from that time until April 4, 2017.
2. On May 18, 2017, Defendant B, using LMW car, a private car, transported from “O” to “Seoul Yongsan-gu” to “Seoul Yongsan-gu, and received KRW 5,455 won in return for the transport of passengers (hereinafter “O”) who requested the transport through the above “F” display method using the said LM car, a private car, from May 18, 201.
From that time until 22:22 of the same day, the Defendant provided an automobile other than a commercial automobile for compensation twice in total as shown in Appendix VI.
3. On March 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transported passengers requesting transportation through the said “F” display system using Qu-type passenger cars, a private car on March 2, 2017, using Qu-type car (hereinafter “R”); (b) transported from “Anncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, to “Skcheon-si, Chuncheon-si,” the Defendant received KRW 33,017 as a consideration for the transportation from “Anncheon-si, Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si,” to “anncheon-si, Chuncheon-si.”
From May 20, 2017 to May 20, 2017, the Defendant is not a commercial automobile over 124 times in total as shown in Appendix I.
