A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
[2018 Highest 1200] Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on June 13, 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana over 17 occasions in total, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around November 20, 2017, by inserting marijuana in the rooftop of the building of the building of the building of the Seoul Hospital located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (one time of smoking) around June 13, 2017.

1. Injury;
A.
