A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
2. When the Defendant was arrested of a flagrant offender to G who was called out after receiving a report at the date, time, and place mentioned in paragraph (1) at the time, and at the same time, and carried out a patrol boat, the Defendant told G to the effect that he was asked to ask his personal information at the front of the 42:50m village 2 complex in the future of the Pakistan and the next seat at around 42:50 on the same day, and that he was able to ask him for his personal information at the seat above the 42:50 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers for 112 report processing and arrest of flagrant offenders.
