1. The Defendant’s KRW 76,956,825 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from April 26, 2015 to October 1, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the reasons for request shall be as shown in the attached Form;
(2) On October 1, 2015, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., amended on September 25, 2015, the interest rate after October 1, 2015 shall be 15% per annum;
