1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 15, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On September 28, 2009, the Plaintiff leased KRW 75 million to the Defendant with the indication of the claim. The Plaintiff claimed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment. 2.
