2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

The defendant is a person who has operated a mobile phone sales store with the trade name called C in Southyang-si.

1. Forgery of private documents and display of private documents on or before July 26, 201;

A. On July 26, 2011, the Defendant forged a private document without authority to open the name “D”, “resident (corporation) registration number E”, “G located in the Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do,” “Ga located in the F in Namyang-si,” “A”, “H”, “the deposit holder (credit card holder) resident registration number”, etc. in the “I”, and “D”, “the deposit applicant’s resident registration number number”, etc., and then forged one copy of a new service contract in the name of D, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, with signature affixed thereto.

B. On July 26, 2011, the Defendant sent a false service contract in the above mobile phone sales store to the staff of the head office of the SK Telecom Co., Ltd., who is unaware of the fact that the new service contract was duly concluded, and exercised it by facsimile.

2. Forgery of private documents and uttering of private documents on or before November 30, 2012;

A. On November 30, 2012, the Defendant forged private document: (a) without authority, entered the application form for subscription into the new contract form in the kt mobile phone with the intent of using the kt mobile phone from the above mobile phone sales store to open the kt mobile phone; and (b) entered the application form in the “K”, “L”, “Handphone number”, and “K” in the lower part; and (c) forged one copy of the new contract form in the above K name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On November 30, 2012, the Defendant at the above mobile phone sales store, as seen above, is a facsimile to the employees of the headquarters of kt Co., Ltd., which may have been aware of the fact that the new contract for the aforementioned forged mobile communications was duly formed.
