B is the owner of an illegal game room business in the "D" counter C at Changwon-si, and the defendant is the employee of the above game room.

1. No one shall provide game products for distribution or use, the contents of which are different from the classification obtained by the Game Products Management Committee, or display or keep such products for such purposes;

Nevertheless, from January 20 to March 23:00 on March 27, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with B, installed seven computers with the game classified by the Game Management Committee, and provided customers with altered game products by linking with B, by allowing customers to use the said game. In doing so, the Defendant provided customers with altered game products using smartphones possessed by B and the Defendant to access the user’s computer.

2. No game products related business entity shall allow others to gamble, perform other speculative acts, or leave them unattended so that they may do so by using the game products;

Nevertheless, the defendant, in collusion with B, provided game products altered to customers, such as the date and time under Paragraph (1), at a place under Paragraph (1), and provided game points by deducting 8.3% of the amount received from customers, and provided game points points in proportion to the amount obtained by deducting 8.3% of the amount received from customers. If customers request money exchange after completing a game, they exchanged 10,000 won per 10,000 points so that they performed speculative acts using the game products.
