The defendant shall pay 233,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from July 11, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On March 22, 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 233,000,000 to C Co., Ltd. at a interest rate of 24% per annum; and (b) the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan’s obligation; (c) so, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff KRW 233,00,000 and damages for delay.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
