1. As to KRW 296,165,777 and its KRW 192,087,39 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from April 19, 2019 to October 5, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”.
On October 23, 2019, the Plaintiff stated that the interest rate for delay was reduced from 15% per annum to 12% per annum on the first date for pleading.
