However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant: (a) opened a gambling place with C and D in return for money; (b) provided gambling places; (c) provided gambling participants to participate in gambling; (c) provided money to gambling participants; and (d) collected money from gambling participants; and (c) conspired to play a role in soliciting gambling participants; (d) collected money from gambling participants; and (e) collecting money from the money; and (e) collecting money from the money in a bank; and (e) the Defendant recruited to play a role in soliciting gambling participants, collecting fees from gambling; and (e) providing drinks and tobacco.

On December 12, 2016, the Defendant, along with C and D, collected 52 cards from the F Job Referral office located in the F Job Referral office operated by Homan C on December 2, 2016, and prepared 52 cards each by receiving 4 cards, and displayed them in a total of 3 occasions, and finally, opened the cards with 52 cards, and finally, collected 1,00,000 won, which is part of the cards, from the time of collecting fees from the winners, from February 12, 2017 to February 12, 2017. Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C and D to open a place for gambling for profit.
