The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 19:00 on the street before the “D discounted marina” located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) without any justifiable reason, used the victim E to take a bath, such as “hys,” and assaulted the said victim E once in his/her hand; and (c) assaulted the victim F with his/her hand at one time in his/her hands and with his/her left face.
2. Determination and conclusion
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. Each written agreement stating the purport that the victims do not want punishment of the defendant is submitted to this court on October 11, 2017.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
