1. The defendant shall deliver each of the goods listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff at the same time, and at the same time, KRW 753,390,000 to the plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs the wholesale and retail business of SPS (electric power supply system) and holds the domestic sales right of goods manufactured by D, a company that manufactures SPS (hereinafter “D”). B. On May 23, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a commodity supply contract with the Defendant with the following terms (hereinafter “instant commodity supply contract”).
The Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “A”) who produces and exports LPEring and the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “B”) who supplies SPE to “A” shall enter into a contract for the supply of goods with mutual consent, as follows, in supplying SPE to “A” with an opportunity to grow together with mutual growth and mutual cooperation:
Article 1 (Purpose) “A” and “B” shall, in principle, provide “B” with “SPS” (hereinafter referred to as “SMPS”) which is necessary to maintain mutual complementary relations in fulfilling their respective roles, and to manufacture and manufacture Global Markeing.
Article 2.(Supply Products and Breeding)

Article 3 (Quality Inspections Prior to Delivery of Goods)
1. Conduct primary quality inspections in the factory of the manufacturer in accordance with the quality inspection criteria separately set out in Section A and Section B before delivery and conduct the basic quality control of SPS.
2. “B” means the production quantity and payment period of the SPS to Party A in order to avoid any problem in the payment period.
