1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 150,65,327 and the amount of KRW 72,781,228 among them from July 9, 2014 to the date of full payment.
On October 15, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement for small and medium enterprise credit loan transaction with the Defendant as of 10,000 won, 125,000 won, interest rate of 10,000 won, 25% per annum, interest rate of 25% per annum, repayment due date, 12,50,000 won, 62,505,963 won out of the above loan, but the Defendant did not pay the remainder of 62,494,037 won, 10,000 won per annum of 129,525,136 won per annum of loans as of July 8, 2014 (the interest rate of 129,49,000 won per annum of loans, 205,000 won per annum of interest rate of 15,000 won per annum of small and medium enterprise, 205,000 won per annum of loans and interest rate of 105.7.
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum, which is the interest rate of damages for delay agreed from July 9, 2014, for the principal amounting to KRW 129,525,136 (principal principal amounting to KRW 62,494,037 interest rate of KRW 67,031,09) and the interest on the interest on the loan for the loan for the loan for the loan for the loan for the use of small and medium enterprises (principal interest of KRW 10,287,191 interest rate of KRW 10,853,00), total amounting to KRW 150,65,327 and the total amount of principal of the loan amount of KRW 72,781,228.
