A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Hedi vehicle B.
1. Around 02:40 on August 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle to drive and drive the said vehicle in order to drive the motor vehicle in front of the happy road that is located in the drive of the Sinsan-si in the Sinsan-si; (b) while driving the motor vehicle along the three-lane distance from the boundary line to the distance of the police line at the port of the Sinsan-si.

Ultimately, the Defendant did not immediately stop and take necessary measures, even though he damages the above glass window to be approximately KRW 1,500,000 for repair costs due to the above occupational negligence.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On August 2, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant driven the said e-mail vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 3 km section from the new apartment parking lot located in the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si to the front road of the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
B. On August 3, 2013, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven the said Awd vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 2 km section from the front of the PC bank located in the Silsan-si, Silsan-si, Silsan-si to the front of the first half of the road.
