1. The defendant completed the plaintiff on December 21, 2007 as to the motor vehicles listed in the attached list C.
Reasons
1. Evidence (A through A5);
2. Indication of claim; and
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of a motor vehicle listed in the attached Table (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”).
B. On December 21, 2007, the Plaintiff completed the registration of the establishment of the instant automobile in the name of the Defendant on December 21, 2007, by borrowing KRW 20 million from the Defendant, to secure its security.
C. On April 6, 2008, the Plaintiff repaid all secured debt against the Defendant.
3. Judgment by public notice (Articles 208 (3) 3, and 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act).
