Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On December 22, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court’s Red support, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on November 5, 2013.
[Criminal facts]
1. On December 14, 2013, around 05:10 on December 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded inside the “G Private Institutes” operated by the Victim F, the victim F in the E 2nd floor in Gwangju-si, through a window where gas pipes are installed; and (b) cut off two parts, including 16 units of the computer, 16 units of computer monitors, 16 units of computer monitors, 1 unit of audio appliances, 1 unit of audio appliances, and 2 units of audio studs, into HA-WD car.
From that time to February 4, 2014, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 82,755,000 in total in a similar way over 13 occasions, as shown in the list of offenses in the attached Table 1.
2. On December 14, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a HA-W-W-W-D car from his own house located in Gwangju City around 05:10 on the same day to the “G Driving Schools” located in Gwangju City around 05:10 on the same day.
From that time to January 8, 2014, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license over five occasions as shown in attached Table 2 of the sight of crimes.
3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate;
Nevertheless, around 01:00 on February 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) attached the front number plate of the K Poter II in front of Gwangju City, as shown in the list of crimes 1:8 p.m.; (b) attached the Defendant’s father at front of the Lpoter II car owned by his father; and (c) operated the said Poter II vehicle at the Eup/Myeon of Gwangju City from the same date to 06:00 on the same day, and used the car registration number plate unlawfully.
