1. The defendant shall pay 51,522,060 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 19, 2008 to the day of full payment.

Re-litigation for the interruption of extinctive prescription of a claim based on the judgment of 2009Gadan36190 Decided March 4, 2010, which was rendered by the Government District Court with the indication of the claim: (a) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the case in which the defendant was notified by public notice and was not present on the date for pleading).
