On August 1, 2014, at around 19:15, the Defendant: (a) reported the Defendant’s house located in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, by 112, that he dumped waste without permission in front of the Defendant’s house; and (b) demanded D’s situation belonging to the C District to remove waste; and (c) in order to take the disposition of notification, the Defendant abused the said D’s timber with a bad hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 report handling duties.
