The plaintiff asserts that on June 11, 2003, 3,000,000 won was determined and lent to the defendant as interest rate of 5% per month.

The evidence No. 1 cannot be used as evidence because there is no evidence to prove the authenticity of the evidence, and each statement of evidence No. 6, 7, and 8 as shown in the Plaintiff’s assertion of lending to the Defendant is difficult to believe, and it is insufficient to recognize it only by the statement of evidence No. 2, 5, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

Therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
