1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A 148,05,945 won, the plaintiff B, and C respectively, KRW 1,000,000, and KRW 500,000, respectively.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties concerned are companies established for business purposes such as family-type restaurant business, food manufacturing and processing business, etc.

Plaintiff

A was employed in around 2004, and from around 2014, from the point of view of the defendant's operation, A performed the total of the Gangnam Points of the defendant.

B and C are parents of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff D and E are siblings with Plaintiff A.
