1. On November 27, 2013, the Defendant is urgently required to pay money to the victim F, who is a worker, at the E Co., Ltd. office located on the 15th floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building, to whom he/she received a student loan.

2.50,000 won was loaned and falsely stated that he/she will pay the money without any mold.

However, in fact, the Defendant was liable for a financial institution’s debt of KRW 160 million, a loan company’s debt of KRW 60 million, a loan company’s debt of KRW 70 million, and a loan of KRW 70 million from the lender. On the other hand, the Defendant was unable to pay the interest accrued on the above obligation without any particular property or income in addition to the monthly salary, and there was no intention or ability to pay the loan even if he borrowed money from the damaged person.

Nevertheless, on November 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) by deceiving the victim; and (c) by deceiving the victim, 50,000 won with the single bank account under the name of the Defendant (number G: G) and 2 million won with the account as of December 2, 2013, the Defendant acquired 2.5 million won from the victim.

2. On April 3, 2014, the Defendant is required to obtain money from the victim at the office described in paragraph (1) around April 3, 2014.

A false statement was made that “I will complete payment without any mold of lending money.”

However, the defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the damages even if he borrowed the money from the injured party due to the situation described in paragraph 1.

Nevertheless, on April 3, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim, received 7 million won from the account of the mutual savings bank under the name of the Defendant (H: H) from the victim, and acquired it by fraud.

3. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant is required to obtain money from the victim in the place specified in paragraph (1) at around September 23, 2014.

A false statement was made that “I will complete payment without any mold of lending money.”

However, the facts are the same as the statement in paragraph 1.
