1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty to drive a bus from the Grand Cross in the Ireland.

On May 31, 2020, at around 20:25, the Defendant driven the said van while under the influence of alcohol with 0.22% of blood alcohol concentration, and led to a speed of about 30km in speed from the Osan to the East-ri speed, depending on one lane in front of Pyeongtaek-si.

The Defendant is a person who has been sentenced to a fine of one million won at the Suwon District Court on September 18, 2009 to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on December 3, 2010, a fine of two million won for the same crime at the above court on December 3, 2010, and a fine of five million won for the same crime from the site of Suwon District Court on October 24, 2014 to the same crime.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place set forth in Paragraph 1, driven the Grand Sheet while under the influence of alcohol by 0.22%.
