The judgment below

In light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, found the Defendants guilty of violating the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act due to market price manipulation among the instant facts charged, did not exhaust all necessary deliberations, and did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the elements for establishment of market price manipulation, “unrealizedd profit” due to market price manipulation, and calculation of unjust enrichment.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
