1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the first floor of the building listed in the annex list, the points of Section 1, 2, 3, 4 and 1, respectively.
Reasons
1. On June 9, 2014, the Plaintiff, on which the claim was indicated, leased the building indicated in the order No. 1-A to the Defendant as the lease deposit amounting to KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 1,200,000 (Additional Tax separate), and the period of two years, but the contract was terminated by the Defendant’s delayed payment, thus, the Plaintiff sought delivery of the building and payment of the overdue payment. 2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
