1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,366,095 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff
(a) Of them, 359,700 won shall be from November 15, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in case where the applicable provisions of the Acts apply mutatis mutandis), the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant.
