1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government House 23.14 square meters of housing on the ground of wood string in Yeongdeungpo-gu.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: To seek delivery of the same building as a result of termination of a lease contract concluded on November 13, 2014 regarding the building stated in the order, and payment of unjust enrichment equivalent to overdue rent, overdue rent, or rent, as a result of the termination of the lease contract in arrears.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.
