1. The reasoning of this court’s acceptance of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil
2. The plaintiff's claim is justified within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims are dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendants' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
