A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The Defendants respectively.

Defendant

A is an operator of G farm that engages in the business of collecting and selling food eggs in the former Northern-gun F, and Defendant B and C are a restaurant operator who is supplied with eggs by Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

(a) No business operator engaged in the business of collecting and selling edible eggs in violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products due to the sale of eggs for the prevention of sale shall sell livestock products that are likely to harm human health due to uncleanness or mixing or adding other substances, or treat, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display such products for the purpose of sale;

Nevertheless, on January 2017 through March 26, 2017, the Defendant sold a 10 plate in the same column to “I” general restaurant in the former North Korean Office H, and on March 26, 2017, the Defendant sold a 10 plate in the same column to “I” general restaurant in “I” general restaurant in the former North Korean Office H, which is located in the former North Korean Office H, on three occasions. < Amended by Act No. 10093, Mar. 26, 2017>

(b) No livestock products shall be sold, or processed, packaged, stored, transported, or displayed for sale purposes, unless the standards for labeling a violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products due to sale of unregistered eggs, such as a deadline for distribution or product name;

Nevertheless, the Defendant sold livestock products without indicating the distribution deadline, product name, content quantity, and producer name to be indicated on the minimum packaging unit of the fraternity, which is the livestock products.

2. Defendant B is an operator of a general restaurant “I” in the former North Korean Office H.

A food service provider shall not sell foods, etc., import, display, transport such foods, etc. for sale or use them for business unless the standards for labeling are indicated, and no person shall do so, or where such foods, etc. are mixed with or added to other substances, or such foods, etc.
