On November 10, 2010, Seoul Southern District Court sentenced 2 years of suspended sentence to 8 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in Seoul Southern District Court on November 10, 201, which became final and conclusive on November 23, 2010 and is currently in the grace period.

The Defendants, who are not narcotics handlers, dealt with psychotropic drugs, so they cannot sell, receive, administer, or deliver psychotropic drugs chrophones (hereinafter referred to as “crophones”), notwithstanding the fact that they do not have to deal with them, they dealt with the following phiphones:

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On July 17, 2011, the Defendants had the mind to administer phiphones with Defendant B, F, and G at the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Ecom, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
