Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year.

Punishment of the crime
No person shall sell or sell marijuana, except where approved by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety, and no person shall smoke marijuana, except where he/she takes marijuana for medical purposes with approval from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety.
1. Defendant A
A. Defendant A (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant” only in this paragraph) requested that the remainder be transferred to the account designated by C from among the money transferred to the Defendant’s account from her branch around the end of 2019 to the account designated by C, from among the money transferred to the Defendant’s account.
Since September 2019, Defendant B living together in a de facto marital relationship with himself, contacted with the sales of marijuana by telegrams, remitted money equivalent to the amount of money to the purchase amount to the account designated by the sales of marijuana, and followed the process of purchasing marijuana by being informed of the place where the marijuana was hidden (the hemp trading process under the applicable law), and the Defendant smoked the marijuana over several months.
In addition, after receiving a request from a branch of money in lieu of money, C continued to have a certain amount of money from many foreigners every day in the defendant's account, and C had the defendant detached about 20% of the money from the fee.
For this reason, the defendant was aware of the fact that the money deposited in his account can be the purchase price for marijuana.
Nevertheless, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from D around November 16, 2019, and received KRW 100,000,000 from D as the Defendant’s corporate bank account (E). Moreover, the Defendant stated “the receipt account” from each person on the date indicated in the “the date and time of committing a crime” column in the annexed List of Crimes from around 60 to January 31, 2020, respectively.
