On January 15, 2014, at around 19:30, the Defendant sought to provide heating expenses by finding in the watchkeeping room in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, 77, the office of workers at the office of North-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
