A shall be punished by a fine of 4,00,000 won and by imprisonment of 8 months for each of the defendants B.

A The above fine shall be imposed.

Defendant

B A is a person who operates a game room with the trade name "D" in the Council of the Government of the Republic of Korea, and the defendant A is a person who has worked in the game room as an employee.

1. Defendant A

A. On October 11, 2015, the Defendant provided a game product with contents different from the rating classification, and provided many unspecified customers with the game machine of “SUGR PZLE” game with a change in the game method to automatically participate in the choice of enjoying view irrespective of the user’s manipulation, unlike the contents rated by the committee on water management in the game in the above game site.

B. In the above time and place, the Defendant exchanged for business purposes by deducting an amount equivalent to 10% from the amount accumulated as 1 won per point of points when customers request the exchange of points obtained by an unspecified number of customers by running a game in accordance with the above game method by using 40 game machines, the game method of which has been changed, as seen above, from the amount accumulated as 40 won per point.

2. Defendant B

A. From October 1, 2015 to October 1, 2010 of the same year, the Defendant provided 40 game machine of “SUGR PZLE” game, the game method of which was changed to automatically proceed so that the choice of using a game product different from the game water management committee’s rating, regardless of the user’s operation, can be made differently from the game classified in the above game, and offered it to unspecified customers.

B. In the event that customers request money exchange with regard to the points obtained by an unspecified number of customers by setting up 40 game machine with the change of game method as above at the time and place above the Defendant’s money exchange crime, the money exchange will be made after deducting an amount equivalent to 10% of the accumulated amount from the amount calculated as 1 won per point.
