마약류관리에관한법률위반(대마)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Purchasing marijuana;
A. On June 29, 2019, around 17:57, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.80,000 to the C Bank account (Account Number:F) in the name-free name-based name-based name-based account designated by the user of the mobile phone telephone program, which was known through the Internet website advertisement at the C Bank Inspection Complex located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon. After approximately three hours, the Defendant purchased 1 gram of marijuana that the said seller concealed around the offline installed on the road.
B. On July 2, 2019, around 21:43, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.80,000 to the said account at a point in Busan Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si, to the said account. After approximately 3 hours, the Defendant purchased the said seller by finding out the hemp 1g of the said seller around the outdoor season where the house in the vicinity of the said discharge area was installed on the street.
C. On August 30, 2019, the Defendant, at the I Hospital located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, transferred KRW 10,30,000 to the company bank (Account Number: K) account in the name of the bitco agent chain, which the seller informed, at the I Hospital, and purchased at around August 30, 2019, 50,000,000 won from August 31, 2019, in the vicinity of the 23:0 of the Michuhol-gu, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, the Defendant purchased at the method of searching 50,000,000 won, which was concealed by the seller.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. At around 22:00 on June 29, 2019, the Defendant smoked in a way of inserting 0.5g of marijuana in the pipe for smoking made by the day in front of the Maart in Seo-gu Incheon L, Incheon, by inserting 0.5g of it into the pipe for smoking.
B. At around 01:00 on June 30, 2019, the Defendant smoked 0.5g of marijuana in front of the horse in the foregoing manner.
C. At around 01:00 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant smoked 0.5g of marijuana in front of the horse in the foregoing manner.
At around 08:00 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant smoked 0.5g of marijuana in front of the above Mart in the same manner as above.
