1. Defendant A operated a job placement center with the trade name “E” without registering with the competent administrative agency from January 2006 to February 2, 2018, Defendant A provided a fee job placement service by receiving approximately KRW 5,000 per hour per person under the pretext of the job placement service for women’s entertainment reception workers at the music center in the Seocho-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and receiving approximately KRW 5,000 per person under the pretext of the job placement service.

2. Defendant B operated a job placement center with the trade name “F” without registering with the competent administrative agency from August 2012 to July 2014, Defendant B provided a fee job placement service by receiving approximately KRW 5,000 per hour per person under the pretext of the job placement.

3. Defendant C operated a job placement center with the trade name “G” without registering with the competent administrative agency from March 2017 to February 2, 2018, Defendant C provided a fee job placement service with approximately KRW 5,000 per hour per person under the pretext of the job placement.

4. Defendant D operated a job placement center with the trade name “H” without registering with the competent administrative agency from May 2014 to February 2018, Defendant D received approximately KRW 5,000 per hour per person from around 1,00 per person under the pretext of the job placement.
