Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff’s transactional relationship of medicine, etc. supplied to the Defendant from April 1, 2017 to September 18, 2017, arising from the transactional relationship of medicine, etc. supplied to the Defendant, and the Plaintiff’s remaining goods payment claims against the Defendant by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
