1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
As a result of the instant lawsuit, the Plaintiff sought confirmation of the Supreme Court’s rejection of the reappeal on December 30, 2014 (an objection against a registration officer’s disposition; hereinafter “instant decision”) from the Defendant.
The decision of this case is a judicial action conducted by a court, which is a judicial authority, and is not subject to appeal litigation because it is not a disposition, etc. taken by an administrative agency.
Therefore, the instant lawsuit is dismissed as it is unlawful because it seeks confirmation of invalidity of the judgment that is not subject to an administrative litigation.
