Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On October 15, 2014, at around 13:00, the Defendant passed approximately three kilometers on the street, which is the motorway of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from the front side of the Artificial Radnaro 28-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the front side of 80-ro 12-ro 8,000.
