On May 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Northern District Court for fraud, etc. and completed the execution of the said sentence on September 19, 2014.

1. On November 24, 2014, at around 00:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face F (20 years of age) who is an employee to the customer E and scambling scam in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul and the second floor, one time at the hand, and assaulted the victim’s G (20 years of age) who is another customer, who continues to speak for the said face, one time at the hand.

2. Interference with business;

A.
