1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 35,515,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 12% from August 4, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, and the payment order was finalized on December 2, 2000 by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
