All of the public prosecutions of this case are dismissed.
1. The Defendant, around 00:10 on September 11, 2018, 2018, placed the victim’s left face two times in front of the “C convenience store” located in Silung-si B, i.e., 00:10 on September 11, 2018.
[2018 Highest 4131] On October 16, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the Victim G (39 years of age) at the street in front of the F store located in E at Silung-si, Silung-si, with her hand, to the floor by pushing the Victim over the floor.
2. Determination:
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the above victims expressed their wish not to punish the defendant.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
