A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 800,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court, Defendant B was driven upon Defendant A’s request for driving for F’s guidance on the day of the instant case. Accordingly, Defendant B recognized the criminal facts as follows.

Defendant

A is a person who has become a head of Dong-gu (hereinafter referred to as "D") and at the same time works as the head of Dong-gu, representing the heads of Dong-gu, 28 villages, and Defendant B is a head of Dong-gu, and F is a spouse of H Party I market candidate (party candidate) on June 4, 2014.

The head of Tong, Ri, or Ban shall not carry out an election campaign.

Nevertheless, Defendant A visited D through K on May 29, 2014 in order to conduct an election campaign on May 29, 2014, when Defendant A was elected as a candidate for the former market compared to other candidates, in the view that the various projects promoted on the previous D page could be carried out more smoothly.

On the 29th day of the election campaign, hearing the awareness that there is a need for a person to guide the way for the election campaign, and in advance, intending to carry out an election campaign for the J candidate through the method of spreading F’s door-to-door organ to the heads of villages and providing F’s way guidance on the day.

Accordingly, around May 28, 2014, Defendant A asked 15 Ris of L, M, etc., to spread the news that F visits D to the residents of the community center, etc. for election campaign, asked f to gather the residents of the community center, etc., or collect information about events or meetings of residents by village. On May 29, 2014, Defendant A sent f before N community center, at the same day, at the G community center, information that 50 community residents gather and take meals at the G community center. Accordingly, at around 12:30 on the same day, Defendant A asked f to seek as the above “G community center,” and Defendant A claimed support from her husband, who is her husband.
