A. Defendant M&BBB Co., Ltd.: KRW 757,075,792 and its related thereto from October 7, 2015 to August 11, 2016.

A. The plaintiff is a party's status 1) The plaintiff is an apartment of this case located on the ground of 408 lots, including D, Geum-gu, Busan (hereinafter "the apartment of this case").

In order to manage the apartment, Defendant M&BB Co., Ltd. (hereinafter only referred to as Defendant Co., Ltd) is an executor who constructed and sold the five apartment buildings of this case and 286 households, and the Defendant Intervenor B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter only referred to as “B”) entered into a construction contract with Defendant Co., Ltd. on October 12, 2007 and entered into the construction contract with Defendant Co., Ltd. and was responsible for the construction of the apartment of this case.

2) Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association (hereinafter referred to as Defendant Mutual Aid Association only)

B. On October 12, 2007, the instant apartment complex B, which is the contractor of the instant apartment complex, entered into a contract for the warranty of defects (hereinafter “the instant warranty contract”) with the head of Geumcheon-gu who is the guarantee creditor as to the repair of defects arising from the instant apartment complex within the guarantee period of the Defendant association and the instant apartment complex (hereinafter “the instant warranty contract”) and was issued each of the warranty warranty contracts with the contents indicated below.

[ table] The warranty period of the instant contract is 411,249,810 2 from October 29, 2010 to October 28, 2020 (10 years) and 411,249,810 2 from October 29, 2010 to October 28, 2015 (5 years), 41,249,810 41,249,810 3 and the base for designation from October 29, 2010 to October 28, 2015, and the warranty period of the instant contract was 82,49,610 to October 28, 2013 (3 years), and the Defendant association received the inspection of the completion of construction works from October 29, 2010 to October 28, 2013 (3 years).
