A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
When the Defendant came to know of the fact that the victim C was living together with the victim D after he was sleeped with the victim, the Defendant thought that the victim would damage the articles owned by the victims.
1. On April 11, 2013, the Defendant damaged the above vehicle to repair cost of KRW 1960,000,000, on the following grounds: (a) around April 11, 2013, the Defendant: (b) unloaded the front glass of the F vehicle owned by the victim D, which was parked in the front of the building 101, in Jeju City; and (c) cut off the vehicle by putting the wall and neck on the vehicle exhauster; and (d) cut off the vehicle.
2. From April 14, 2013 to around 02:00 on April 14, 2013, the Defendant destroyed the damage of property by destroying the entrance door windows and large-scale glass windows equivalent to KRW 905,00, at the beauty room operated by the victim C in Jeju-si from around 03:00 on the same day, at the beauty room operated by the victim C in Jeju-si.
3. On April 17, 2013, the Defendant damaged the property damage to the Defendant, on April 17, 2013, at around 03:02, the repair cost of KRW 4,802,00,00, by spreading the studio frame on the external body, glass, and wheel chairs of the victim D, parked in front of the Hudum at Jeju City, as indicated in paragraph (1), which is owned by the victim D.
4. On April 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded at night buildings, theft and damage to property; (b) intruded into the beauty art room at around 03:30 on April 17, 2013 through a entrance that was not corrected at around 3:50,00,000; and (c) cut knife three of them with a view to at least 7:50,000 won at the market price of the victim’s ownership; and (d) one of the head 11,00,000 won at the market price, and 11,000,000 won at the market price; and (e) damages the 11,000,000,000 won at the market price; and (e) damages the 15,50,000,000 won at the 3.6,000,000 won at the market price.
