Defendant

A, from June 2014 to July 15, 2014, at “E Gameland” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to set up 40 Ba-dong-gu, to provide a 40-free game machine to many unspecified customers, the Defendant B, while waiting inside the above game room, intended to exchange an item card (the 'definite card'), which is a gift acquired by customers through the above finite game machine, to 4,500 won per one finite, and the Defendant B, taking part in the above game room, exchanged the item card with 4,500 won per 1,50 won per 1,50 won for the said finite card against customers.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to engage in the business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products by customers.
