1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from March 12, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, lent a total of KRW 120 million to the Defendant on July 17, 2008, and KRW 120 million on August 7, 2008, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant to seek damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 100 million, excluding KRW 220,000,000,000,000, which was paid by the Plaintiff among the above loans of KRW 120,000,000 and KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000.
