1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 136,817,548 and the amount of KRW 98,473,059 from November 5, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, "creditor" is "Plaintiff" and "debtor" is "Defendant". The claim in this case is based on the loan transaction agreement (loan amounting to KRW 90 million) between Korea C&T Bank and the defendant on October 10, 2012 and credit card use contract.

2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
