A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

『2019고단2307』 피고인은 2019. 9. 3. 08:27경 성남시 중원구 B 앞 노상에서 '택시 손님이 일어나지 않고 있다.'는 112신고를 받고 출동한 성남중원경찰서 소속 경장 C, 순경 D으로부터 택시비를 계산하고 귀가할 것을 요구받았으나, 술에 취해 위 경장 C에게 중지를 올리며 “좆밥 짭새들, 병신들이 지랄하네, 니네 애미애비 없냐”라며 욕을 하면서 머리로 위 경장 C의 얼굴에 들이밀고, 가슴으로 위 C의 가슴을 들이밀었다.

1. 2. On May 13, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) without obtaining a driver’s license, driving a arche car at G on May 13, 2019, and driving an O front-way road located N in the revised Gu of Sungnam-gu in the direction of the new shot distance from the direction of the new shot distance.
