The Defendant assisted and assisted C to import the sum of 601.041g philophones over four times in total as follows:
A. On February 2016, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that C was trying to import phiphones from D; (b) upon request of the firstman C on February 2016, the Defendant informed D of the G address located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City as the place where the phiphones are to be delivered in Korea.

B. On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) knew on March 1, 2016, 201, the Defendant: (b) attempted to communicate with C and D on March 8, 2016, while aiding and abetting importation, C transferred KRW 2.8 million around March 8, 2016, KRW 20 million around March 11, 2016, and KRW 5 million to the account designated by D, respectively. < Amended by Act No. 14083, Mar. 16, 2016; Act No. 14085, Mar. 16, 2016>
1) On March 1, 2016, D: (a) concealed approximately 150 ghonon-on-on-line B in an international special transmission freight; (b) stated the addressee’s contact address as H; and (c) delivered the receipt site to Cheongdo located in the Chinese Cheongdo International Airport; (b) around that time, the Cheongdo International Port in Incheon Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, arrived; (c) around March 10, 2016 or around March 11, 2016, C imported the phiphone by receiving the said international special transmission from the said “I”; (d) received the said international transmission of cargo from the said “I”.
