Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

In this case, we claim the return as the lawsuit of this case.

The evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 11 alone is insufficient to acknowledge the above lending fact, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

Rather, in full view of the contents of evidence Nos. 5 and 11, it is recognized that D, not the Plaintiff, lent money to the Defendant and received promissory notes issued by the Defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim cannot be accepted.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
