The Defendant is a company engaging in the processing, manufacturing, and selling of optical information equipment, video display equipment, and components and materials related to flat display.

B. The Plaintiff supplied various goods, such as the OCA, to the Defendant from June 2012 to April 2014, but failed to receive the outstanding amount from the Defendant 271,244,477 won.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts, since the Plaintiff supplied all kinds of goods, such as OCA, to the Defendant, and did not receive the outstanding amount from the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the outstanding amount of KRW 271,244,477 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 20, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the service of the original copy of the instant payment order.

B.
